We provide autonomous operating space for UG communities in various regions and offer rich activity resources and technical consulting for community leaders. We are looking for passionate and energetic UGLs, expecting developers like you to join us to expand our technical community in China. If your city has not yet established a User Group community, technology enthusiasts are welcome to apply to establish a new city User Group community.
What should I do if I become a UGL?
- Work with fellow UGLs in the same city to apply for planning and organizing activities, with the support of official activity platform to help you organize more exciting activities, both offline and online can be customized.
- Participate in determining activity themes and venues, interactive promotion methods, recruiting speakers, and connecting with senior instructors and other activity details.
- Get the latest information and releases, enjoy exclusive resources and benefits, and pass them on to UG partners in the same city.
- As the main contact person and bridge connecting Amazon Web Services and UG, regularly provide feedback on member dynamics and suggestions.

Community Builder
The Community Builders program provides technical resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities for technical enthusiasts and emerging thought leaders who are passionate about sharing knowledge and eager to connect with the technical community. To connect with Developer Relations teams, product teams,Heroes, and the community.
Anyone over 18 years old who is interested in Amazon Web Services can apply to become an Community Builder. There will be two application review opportunities each year. The application criteria are not singular - as long as you can prove that you have passion, interest, and ability to participate, it is recommended to attach relevant technical content you have participated in when applying.
Hero
The Heroes program is one of the most important components of the community. This program recognizes a vibrant global group of experts whose passion for knowledge sharing has had a real impact in the community.
Heroes share knowledge in various ways, including online sharing through social technical media, blog posts, open source projects, and forums, or personally participating in various offline Meetups and online live streaming activities.
